Our Key Steps

The key steps in our unique approach to business and brand building are part of every service we offer at Petruccelli Consulting. Each step is a collaboration between our team and your business.


Discovery

We spend time with you and your team to better understand your business objectives, culture, and ways of working so that we can create a brief that accurately assesses your company’s needs.  We agree to the initial business challenge or opportunity we will address. We identify and contact key stakeholders to better understand the situation and challenge.  This is where we identify what information and data we have to address the business challenge  and where there are gaps.  We identify what else we need to know and how to obtain it. We also revisit you and your team to ensure that the input of all relevant parties is accurately noted and that we are constantly working toward overall agreeable solutions.  The output of this step is an aligned brief for the project.


Immersion

Using the brief as our guide, we immerse ourselves deep into your business by gathering and reviewing relevant facts and information, as well as consumer, market, and competitive data. We log all of the information sources gathered and used and pull out key facts and information relevant to the challenge and identify any gaps and additional data needs.  We believe it is important to take the time to fully understand the situation and the impact on the business objective.  We interact with you and your teams during this phase to ask questions, dig deeper and clarify the context of the information. The output of this phase is a list of data sources, key information findings and a plan to address any gaps. 


Orchestration

This is where we formally pull out key facts and information relevant to the challenge and synthesize the findings to identify links and patterns that help us to develop hypotheses and insight to share. We synthesize the information that has been gathered to develop the insights, relevant framework, tools, pre-work, and materials that will help us to work together to address the business challenge.  All of this is in preparation for a working session or workshop where your hand picked cross functional team will collaborate along with a trained facilitator to address the business challenge or opportunity. Focused planning and preparation are critical during this phase.   As with every phase, we align with you as our client sponsor to confirm what success looks like. The output of this phase is a workshop plan, agenda and all the materials prepared for the upcoming facilitated workshop.


Facilitation

This is where we "unlock" ideas and solutions with you. We lead workshops or meetings with the key people in your organization whose input will help create a plan providing solutions to your business challenges while maintaining your objectives.  We start with the aligned objective to address the business challenge and then immerse the team into the key synthesized learnings and customer insights. We use our proprietary tools through a series of activities and apply what we learned to address our challenge. 


Implementation

We provide you with a summary of the output from the facilitated discussion and our accompanying thoughts and conclusions. You will also receive a “playbook” with an action plan and a guide for its implementation which includes milestone chart and tracking tools.
